Mark Greaves

Co-Founder of Nema SL Business and Land

He is a qualified Barrister in tax law, specialising in cross border real estate transactions. His primary clients were trust companies, private banks and non-UK developers looking to invest into the UK in a tax efficient manner. He then made the move into land development.

Based in Guernsey, Mark ran the UK development arm for an overseas investor. Various sites were acquired, including a scheme in Brixton, Old Oak Common and Cheshunt. This aided Mark’s understanding of large-scale regeneration projects.

Upon his return to London, Mark focussed on Strategic Industrial Land locations, culminating in his involvement with Lea Bridge, the Thames Road Gateway Masterplan and the Neasden Station Growth Area.

He leveraged his experience and regional expertise to develop one of the most significant logistics and distribution businesses in Central Asia, based in Azerbaijan.

Javad attained a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Cardiff and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with PwC.

Javad’s past investments include: Kingwood (Knightsbridge) / Soho Farmhouse / Center Parcs / Chais Monnet.
