Neasden Station Growth Area, a 4.5-acre site in Neasden, London adjacent to Neasden Underground Station on the Jubilee Line. The Capacity for the site is around 1,100-1,500 units. We have partnered with Hollybrook Homes to deliver this project.

NEMA Strategic Land has acquired an 18-acre site in the Land to the West of Cheltenham strategic allocation known as the “Golden Valley” development and is bringing forward a high specification mixed-use development in partnership with Cheltenham Borough Council.
NEMA Strategic Land has purchased two sites in the South Worcestershire Development Plan due to be adopted in 2023.
